Ingeborg Nilsdotter

She was born on one of the farms in Säldebråten in Frykeruds parish, Värmlands county, on November 20 1755. Ingeborg was the first child to the farmer Nils Amundsson and his wife Karin Fredriksdotter.

She grew up on the farm in Säldebråten and there she lived by the time she, on December 25 1779, got married to the framhand Anders Andersson. Anders had the same year started working as a farmhand for her father. According to the church-books the married "in their own clothes" and she got "morning-gifts according to the law". After the wedding they settled on her fathers farm and later they took over the ownership of it.

Ingeborg lived in Lene for the rest of her life. In March 1827 she became a widdow and the following year, on April 10 1828 she died, 74 years and 4 months old. She died from "stroke" and was buried on April 16.
